THE TALBOT INN
Nestled in the heart of the picturesque Teme Valley is The Talbot Inn, in the village of Newnham Bridge. Combining eclectic and contemporary-rustic style, it provides the perfect environment to eat, drink and sleep.
In 2019, we took on the lease of The Talbot Inn. Since then, the property has been given a thorough make over, we have hired a new Chef, and we have been sourcing local and seasonal food for our new menu. We have also revamped our seven comfortable bedrooms
You can find us based at the corner of the A456, in the village of Newnham Bridge, which is the ideal base for visiting the cities of Worcester and Hereford, and just a little further the spectacular Malvern Hills.
Located just 4 miles from the small market town of Tenbury Wells, and 14 miles from the medieval market town of Ludlow, The Talbot Inn is surrounded by hop fields and apple orchards; all the stunning countryside you could want for a perfect country break, chilled lunch, relaxed dinner or special occasion.
On entering The Talbot Inn, you will find the inviting bar area to the left and our private dining room, which seats 30 covers, to the right. As you venture further, you will find our snug area for you to sit and wind down after a day of exploring the Teme Valley, and our three restaurant areas. We have two log burning fires for those cold days, and a garden for the warm sunny days.
